LBED's First day of Bargaining

So tomorrow mark's our LBED's first official day of bargaining, the team will be meeting with the employer to exchange proposals face to face. I wish them the best of luck and hope the employer is ready to bargain in good faith. Let's get these members a fair deal, causals and fixed term employees need to be treated fairly in this workplace. The notion of equal work for equal pay has been lost on this employer.
